Hi, I’m Michael Bartus! I have lived in the beautiful Twin Cities area
for over forty years. I grew up in a realty and home building family,
and as a youngster, I learned from my father, a professional REALTOR®
and home builder, many valuable lessons by watching and listening to him
at his office. I am proud to work in this wonderful and rewarding
industry and carry on the family tradition dad started over thirty-five
years ago. Growing up on construction sites and helping my father with
the sale of his homes, I learned at an early age the power of home
ownership and how important the job of a REALTOR is for a family in
transition. I really enjoy helping people find the perfect situation in
the most efficient manner. Real estate in the Minneapolis/St. Paul (Twin
Cities) area is diverse, exciting and fresh for me and I take great
pride in keeping pace with all the changes, emerging new developments
and historic neighborhoods.

This is no hobby or part-time career for me. I am an independent, full time REALTOR with RE/MAX Results in Edina, Minnesota. I have been a licensed Minnesota real estate professional since 1993 and have developed a large team of professionals and service providers to meet any client’s needs – no matter how complex. I am associated with RE/MAX Results, which has frequent real estate training to keep me current with the latest laws, technology and industry trends. The office is a tremendous support team which allows me to focus strictly on my clients’ needs.
For most of my clients, property is usually the largest purchase they will make in their lifetime and there’s a lot to know about zoning, property rights, contracts, titles, financing arrangements, sales and marketing, etc. I work hard to pull the most comprehensive package together for each client. I work with people looking to move into or out of the Twin Cities, obtain a first home or purchase investment property, as well as help Minnesotans buy and/or sell Twin Cities homes. For me, the role of a real estate professional is larger than just buying or selling property.
In support of my community, I am a proud member of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Bloomington Chambers of Commerce. I also enjoy helping people get into their first home through one of several Minneapolis/St. Paul first time home buyer programs.
During the week I try to find time for a little soccer or broomball, depending upon the season. If you have an interest in vintage Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon memorabilia from the 1930’s-1960’s as well as art deco posters from the 1920’s-1950’s, so do I.
